As Principal, Kyle specializes in garnering new business and advising existing clients with their present requirements. Kyle brings over 15 years of market knowledge and strong negotiation skill sets to every transaction.
Kyle serves as the Director of Brokerage Services for the company and is responsible for all Tenant Representation and Landlord Listings.
Currently, Kyle is developing several of our projects and has grown the company’s development portfolio in various markets throughout Texas. He plays a key role in sales and leasing, land use analysis, acquisition, financial incentives, due diligence research, working with local municipal & economic development corporations and site selection.
His accomplishments and solid relationships in the commercial real estate industry are a testament to his success.

J.P. joined Libertas Real Estate Group in March of 2017 with a focus on furthering the company’s development portfolio throughout Texas and the U.S. by assisting in acquisition, due diligence, and site selection.
In addition to his role in development projects at Faithbridge Property Company, J.P. specializes in tenant representation as well as sales and leasing of commercial real estate.
Prior to joining Faithbridge Property Company, J.P. worked with Aspens Senior Living, a development company focusing on class-A independent senior living throughout DFW and the U.S.
J.P. graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree from the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences with a major in biological sciences. When he is not in the office, J.P. enjoys spending time with his family.
